COMMENT: This title along with Thai Examiner declaring, "Government declares a state of emergency with sweeping powers to curb the spread of the coronavirus" and Sky News declaring "Coronavirus: Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte says he will bury people who break quarantine laws" shows the world wide power grab, some obvious and some not so obvious.
